How to Pass the Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification Test

Objective - This course utilizes the Project Management Institute's Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) as a
foundation for instruction and is augmented by other materials which allow the student an excellent
understanding of the PMP test and how to prepare for it. The program will progress through the Project
Management Framework, Processes and Knowledge Areas including Integration Management, Scope, Time,
Cost, Quality, Human Resources, Communications, Risk and Procurement Management.

Overview

We are Certified Project Managers that have successfully studied and passed the PMP test in addition to
teaching several PMP preparation classes and workshops. This experience combined with our extensive Project
Management background provides the student with a valuable and useful resource to prepare for the PMP
